Hi, I’m Christine…

Helping ambitious women achieve sustainable weight loss, stable energy, and increased productivity by creating a new relationship with food.

As a higher education professional and business owner, I understand that life can be overwhelming.

It’s difficult to find the time and motivation to focus on your health and body and it’s easy to turn to food for comfort.

That’s why I’m here to guide you.

Since childhood, I’ve struggled with emotional eating, body image and weight issues.

For the majority of my life, I was convinced that being thin was the key to beauty and happiness. I started dieting at 15 and tried countless diets and weight loss programmes but nothing worked for me.

I felt weak, hopeless and despondent. My self-talk was harsh and unkind. Things took a turn for the worse when I hit 30. Crippled by stress, chronic overtime working, and isolation, I fell into a cycle of emotional binge-eating and gained an enormous amount of weight in just three years. I was miserable and in pain, both physically and emotionally.

But then, in 2021, I discovered the concept of “Food Freedom” and everything changed. I learned how to eat healthily in a way that was natural and enjoyable, without having to restrict or deprive myself. I released 36.8 lbs in 90 days and it felt effortless. I didn’t even have to go to the gym!

Now, I feel fantastic! I have consistent energy throughout the day, sleep well and wake up feeling refreshed. I’m free from arthritic pain and emotional eating. I’m better able to manage stress, and my productivity has soared.

At the same time, my quality of life and my sense of social connection have improved beyond measure. Becoming a certified WILDFIT® coach to help others discover their own health and vitality was the natural next step for me.
